Description
To apply for a 2-wheel instruction permit, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Have a valid Washington State driver license.
- Pass the 2-wheel permit motorcycle knowledge test and riding skills test.
- If you’re under 18, your parent or guardian must sign a consent form.
